KIND WORKPLACES ARE MORE EFFECTIVE WORKPLACES

Most of us generally like to think of ourselves as kind people. We appreciate kindness from others, and we certainly don't (usually) act with unkind intent towards others. We can experience kind relationships with friends and family members, and we are likely courteous and amicable in public and social settings.

If that's so, why can work so often be an unkind place? What drives unkind habits in the workplace, and more importantly, what can be done to change them? 

The Kind and Effective Workplaces Initiative seeks to empower leaders and team members alike to lead and engage with kindness within the workplace, respecting the dignity and needs of the individual, while still effectively pursuing organizational goals and objectives. 

We work with companies, non-profits, and trade and industry associations to develop and deliver training, workshops, and custom solutions to help drive real, sustainable cultural change.
